I have observed that in video cameras, specialized detectors help to target automatically. Those kind of sensors of some cams change in contrast, while others use a beam associated with infra-red (IR) light, specifically in low light. Higher standards cameras sometimes use a combination of both methods and likely have Face Priority AF where the photographic camera can ‘See’ any face as you concentrate only on that. Thanks for your publication on this blog site. From my personal experience, there are times when softening right up a photograph might provide the digital photographer with a little an inspired flare. More often than not however, the soft clouds isn’t what exactly you had under consideration and can in many cases spoil an otherwise good snapshot, especially if you consider enlarging that.
